Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items

Used items, items damaged by misuse, items missing original packaging, or requests outside the 30-day window may not be eligible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
